How do I reset my password?

You can reset your AUM password by going to https://exchange.aum.edu/. This must be done on a computer or laptop, not on a mobile device.

1.     Enter your username and password.

2.     Click sign in.

3.     Click the settings icon in the upper right corner where your name/username is displayed.

 

4.     Click change password.

5.     Type your original password into the Current password box, then type your new password into

both New Password and Confirm new password boxes.

6.     Click the Save button. 

I forgot myAUM password. How can I reset it?

1.     Go to My AUM portal login page (https://my.aum.edu).

2.     Click Forgot Password located under the login information.

 

1.     Enter your Username and click OK.

2.     Answer all the security questions you created when setting up your My AUM account.

3.     Click OK.

My password expired. How do I reset it?

If you remember what your expired password is, you can go directly to the AUM email website (https://exchange.aum.edu/)

1.     Enter your username and password.

2.     Click sign in.

3.     If your password has expired, you will automatically be prompted to change your password once you sign in.

4.     If prompted enter your AUM username.

5.     Enter your current password.

6.     Then enter a new password.

7.     Confirm your new password.

8.     Click submit.

 

What are the AUM password requirements?

 

AUM requires all user passwords to contain a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters, including:

-       A combination of upper-case and lower-case letters

-      At least one number

-       No common words of phrases

-       No variant of the user name

User passwords must be kept confidential and may not be shared with others.
Passwords must not be written down and stored in an area where unauthorized individuals may view or access them.

How can I look up my student number and/or username?

To look up your AUM Student number:

  1. Go to the S Number Look up page (https://aumwebapp.aum.edu/emaillookup/StudentIDLookup.aspx)
  2.  

  1. 1. Enter your last name.
  2. 2. Select your Birth Date.
  3. 3. Enter your SSN.
  4. Click Submit.

 

To look up your AUM email address or username:

  2. Go to the AUM Email Lookup page (https://aumwebapp.aum.edu/emaillookup/)
  3.  
    1. Enter your 9 digit S number (make sure the S is capitalized) in Student ID.

    2. Select your Birth Date

    3. Click Submit.

How do I find my AUM email address?

1.     You must be a student enrolled at AUM and registered for the current term in order to use the AUM email system.

2.     Go to the AUM Email Lookup page (https://aumwebapp.aum.edu/emaillookup/)

3.     Enter your 9 digit S number (make sure the S is capitalized) in Student ID.

4.     Select your Birth Date.

5.     Click Submit.

What do I need to know about AUM email?

-       Outlook Web Access email accounts are created for all new students at the beginning of each semester.

-       AUM email is the primary line of communication for the university. Please check your AUM email frequently.

-       You can access your AUM email on the My AUM portal.

 

-       And, directly through the Outlook Web App website (https://exchange.aum.edu/).

 

 

How do I sign on to AUM email?

1.     Access your AUM email through the My AUM portal or directly through the Outlook Web App website (https://exchange.aum.edu/)

2.     Enter your Username and Password. Click Sign In.
